Data deletion

You can request deletion of your personal data from WodSense at any time.

How to request it

1. Email privacy@wodsense.com from the address associated with your account (or including your name and the box you belong to, if you're an athlete).
2. Clearly state that you want your personal data deleted from WodSense.
3. If you're an athlete at a box, your box can request deletion directly as the controller of your data; if you'd rather handle it yourself, you can also write to us and we'll coordinate with the box.

We'll process your request within 30 days at the latest, and confirm by email once it's complete. Some data may be kept for an additional period if we're legally required to.
