1. Who we are
WodSense is a product operated by Multivac LLC, a company organized in New Mexico, United States, with a registered address at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. These terms govern use of wodsense.com and the WodSense service.
2. Nature of the service
WodSense is management software built for crossfit, functional, Clubbell and weightlifting boxes. The contracting customer is the box (or the coach/owner representing it), not the individual athlete. The service helps manage equipment stock, enrolled athletes, and class scheduling.
3. Accounts and the box's responsibility
The box is responsible for the accuracy of the data it uploads to the platform, for informing its athletes about the use of their data as applicable, and for obtaining any consent required from its athletes for the processing described in our privacy policy.
4. Internal assistance and human decision
WodSense's assistance features propose scheduling drafts; the coach always reviews, adjusts and approves before a class is published. WodSense does not replace the coach's professional judgment and is not medical or health advice.
5. Limitation of liability
WodSense is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, Multivac LLC is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or to applicable law. We will publish the last-updated date on this same page.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory rights users may have under their own local law.
