This policy explains how personal data is handled on wodsense.com and in the WodSense product, operated by Multivac LLC ("WodSense", "we").
1. Data controller
For data about visitors to this site and about the boxes that subscribe to WodSense as customers, the data controller is Multivac LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States. You can reach us at privacy@wodsense.com for any question about this policy.
2. Data about each box's athletes
For the personal data of a box's athletes (for example, name, contact details, attendance, or limitations reported to adapt an exercise), the data controller is the box itself, as the party with the direct relationship to its athletes. Multivac LLC acts as a data processor: we process that data only on the box's instructions, to provide the scheduling and management service.
3. What data we process
Depending on the case, we process: contact details of coaches and box owners (name, email, phone); athlete data the box uploads to the platform (name, contact details, level, attendance, limitations or discomfort reported to adapt an exercise); platform usage data (technical logs, strictly necessary cookies); and equipment and scheduling data for the box, which is not personal data.
4. Use of AI providers
WodSense uses third-party language models as internal support to propose draft class programming from the box's own catalog of movements and equipment. This data is not used to train those providers' models: it is sent only to generate the specific response requested by the coach, under each provider's own data processing terms.
5. Retention periods
We keep a box's account data for as long as the contractual relationship lasts, plus any additional period needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Athlete data is kept according to the instructions of the responsible box and is deleted when the box requests it, or when the relationship between the box and WodSense ends, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
6. Your rights
If you have rights under the GDPR or another applicable data protection law (access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability), you can exercise them by writing to privacy@wodsense.com. If you are an athlete at a box, we recommend contacting your box first, as the controller of your data; you're also welcome to write to us directly and we will forward your request.
